Catering requests placed less than 72 hours in advance are subject to Nutrition Services Management approval based on available resources. If approved, a $100 late fee may be added to any catering that is provided with less than 72 hours’ notice. If a catering is cancelled within 7 days of the event, the department will be subject to a cancelation fee to cover any food cost that cannot be repurposed.
